We loved the location and the building was really something special. The staff at the reception were super friendly, smiling, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, they had local delicious and fresh food, more than enough to choose from. You also have so many beverages hot and cold. The waitresses there were super friendly, hardworking and helpful. We had a room with a balcony which was nice. Bed was comfortable, the room and the bathroom were big and clean.

It is not first time I stayed at this hotel, it is my favorite hotel in Prague and never I have been discomforted but opposite. The room is really nice, comfortable, spacious, very nice view towards especiely if you get the room towards the Na Morani street. In the room is nice decorated, it is there also coffee machine where you can prepare also tea. Wifi works very good. Bathroom spacious and nice with bath tube. Breakfast is fantastic, so much to choose between. All staff is only nice and helpful. Location is perfect, near to Metro and tram, but you can walk because the centrum is 10-15 minutes only. I highly recommend this hotel, you will enjoy it!

We loved the huge bed, good sized room and the location is great. Very close to important landmarks and the walk along the river is a pleasure. The street is very quiet, the room is also quite soundproof and the bedding is super comfortable, making this one of the best sleeps we've had in a hotel. Extra points for having a smart TV which allowed us to mirror our phone to watch Netflix in the early nights in. The breakfast was varied and the staff was very friendly. Overall, an extremely pleasant stay, it will forever remain special to us and we'll definitely visit again.

Good location. Walking distance to old Town Square & Charles Bridge. Close to supermarket "Billa"(500m) There are one Chinese & Vietnam restaurant inside the mall opposite to the hotel (300m) together with a small grocery. Close to metro, light rail& bus station. Uber to the Castle & Lenon Wall is cheap. It a good choice in summer afternoons. Go Sedlec Ossuary & St Barbara church is excellent for one day trip. You will never forget for sure. Breakfast is great.

Everything about this hotel either met or exceeded my expectations. The room was just the right size; given we were in Prague, we didn't spend much time in the room, but when we were there, we were very comfortable. The location of the hotel is ideal - it is just far enough from the main city center to be quiet and comfortable while still being accessible to all the major destinations in the city. The parking down the street could not have been more convenient, especially given the price. The included breakfast was wonderful; the restaurant was very clean and elegant. The staff was friendly and helpful in figuring out our way around the city.

Amazing location. Not in Old Town, but very close to it. Trams & Subway (Metro) right around the corner. A small convenience store less than a block away from the hotel (it closes at 23:00 hrs). The hotel doesn’t open the restaurant for lunch and dinner; however there is a nice one across the street. This trip was our first time in Czechia. JIRÍ (GEORGE) AND THOMAS from BW reception staff, and the taxi driver that the hotel found for us (I didn’t catch his name, but we went to the Arena Fashion Mall and to the Airport with him) were the highlights of our stay. They were so kind, helpful, knowledgeable, sweet and eager to help, we have not enough words to thank them for their EXCELLENT customer service. They went above and beyond! They were very attentive and provided us with very helpful information and advice, that made us feel comfortable, secure and confident, and have a very positive and pleasant experience. Thank you!

It was close to the public transport Very quiet at night The young people that worked on the reception were fantastic nothing was too much trouble The staff in the restaurant were always replenishing the breakfast buffet and they were polite and respectful

Very good bed. Excellent breakfast! Good location: not directly in the center (which we don’t want) but close to the river. Fairly quiet for a city hotel.

All staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and lots of choices, albeit some unusual dishes for conservative brits! Good location in a quiet area in the new town. The old city is easily reached on foot or public transport

The room and the hotel as a total were exactly like the photos. Very close to the centre and only 4 minutes walk from the river. The bed was very comfortable. The size of the room was okay and you have full control of the temperature inside. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is small compared to other hotels but all the options are delicious with some things changing every day so you get the extra variety. Very satisfied with the room service as well.
